The Carolina Honey Bee Company's Creamed Honey is honey that has been allowed to crystallize under controlled conditions resulting in the formation of fine crystals which give the honey a creamy texture. That creamy smooth texture allows our honey to spread nicely on bread, toast, pancakes, and waffles.
It is also a wonderful sweetener for morning coffee or tea.
